Hiring Minimums and Preferred Requirements for all Employees

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to work any shift including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have an active cell phone
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality required
  • Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and obtain an Airport security badge which includes an FBI Fingerprint & Criminal History check
  • Must own and be able to maintain a current driver’s license with unfettered access to a vehicle or live within reasonable bicycling distance from airport
  • Be a US Citizen, hold a current U.S. Passport, or equivalent with applicable Visas

Additional Pilot Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • FAA Commercial or ATP ASES
  • Current class 1 or 2 medical
  • 2500 hours of SEAPLANE PIC
  • CFI with 500 hours of instruction experience preferred
